Meditation & Mindfulness Classes

The drop-in meditation classes we run are open to everyone and include step-by-step guided meditations, talks and informal discussions. These group classes will allow you to relax, enjoy some meditation, and return home feeling refreshed and inspired. Click here to find out what to expect at one of our classes.

You do not need to book in advance, just drop-in. We meditate on chairs so there is no need to bring anything special. We run both evening and daytime meditation classes during term times, if you would prefer to find your class by day please click here.
