The drop-in meditation classes we run are open to everyone and include step-by-step guided meditations, talks and informal discussions. You do not need to book in advance, just drop-in. We meditate on chairs so there is no need to bring anything special. We run both evening and daytime meditation classes during term times, if you would prefer to find your class by day please click here.
