Meditation is a way of calming and training our mind to be happy. It is easy to do, and something everyone can learn. Through meditation and by practising mindfulness in our daily activities, we can control our feelings and emotions, gain inner strength, let go of stress and start truly to relax.
Modern Kadampa Buddhism is a special presentation of Buddha’s ancient teachings of compassion and wisdom that is especially suited to the people of our busy, modern world. This presentation is easy to understand and to put into practice. Everybody is welcome and no experience is necessary.
We hold weekly meditation classes at KMC Liverpool (Sefton Park) & 10 other locations across the region. We also hold special events and courses which are more in-depth. We offer classes suitable for all levels of interest.
