Modern Buddhism is the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teaching presented in a way that is easy to understand and practice in our busy modern lives. It has relevance for Buddhists and non-Buddhists alike. The emphasis at our classes is on both learning the various training the mind techniques taught by Buddha and how to apply them both in meditation and in daily life. Attending these drop-in classes will help us let go of anger, anxiety and other painful states and replace them with peaceful, positive minds.
We will learn the essential Buddhist meditations and how to transform daily difficulties. Perhaps most importantly these classes will help us to directly experience our vast spiritual potential and put us on a path to lasting happiness and enlightenment. Everyone is welcome.
