Bookings for Events & Courses
Bookings: Please try to book on our website in advance of the course starting. Unless previously arranged with our Admin Director (Elaine) or Education Programme Coordinator (Eddie), we cannot guarantee there will be space if you arrive without a booking.
Payment: We accept payment (in GB sterling pounds only) by credit or debit card or through PayPal.
Booking Confirmation: You will receive an email to say your booking has been received. You will also receive your tickets via email. If you have signed up for an account at the time of booking, you can keep track of your orders, addresses and payment methods in Your Account.
Cancellation & Refunds Policy: If a booking is made for an event or a series of classes, but the registrant then decides to cancel the booking, requests for a refund can be made to the centre’s Admin Director: admin@meditationinliverpool.org.uk The request will be considered on it’s merits, and a decision will be made to refund any of the amount if deemed appropriate.
Reselling of Tickets: Please note we do not permit reselling of tickets and this is against our terms & conditions. Any advertisements or posts found on social media sites will be deleted. If you have purchased tickets for an event and are no longer able to attend, please contact the centre’s Admin Director: admin@meditationinliverpool.org.uk
Concessionary Rates: Reduced rates are available for those unemployed, students and senior citizens. Please ask for a concessionary rate when you attend the class.
Donating cancelled fees to International Temple’s Project: If you wish to donate the refundable portion of your cancelled fee to the International Temple’s Project, please indicated this at the time of cancellation.
Subscriptions: Please note when signing up for KMCL Membership the minimum subscription time is 6 months
Photography & Videography: Images may be captured during events organised and hosted by KMC Liverpool. By entering and by your presence at our events, you consent to be photographed and/or filmed and to any use of the material produced. This material may be featured on social media, our website, event publicity, brochures etc. If you do not consent, please let our volunteer photographer know at the event. KMC Liverpool acknowledges its responsibilities in capturing images by photography or other means under applicable law.
Visits to the Centre
General Guidelines: During your visit to KMC Liverpool you are requested to please refrain from smoking (incl. electronic cigarettes), taking intoxicants and drinking alcohol in the building and in the grounds.
Meals: All meals served at day courses are vegetarian. Please indicate if you require vegan or gluten-free.
Children: Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. With regret we have no child care facilities and KMC Liverpool cannot be held responsible for children whilst on site.
Pets: With regret we cannot accept pets except Guide or other Assistance Dogs.
