KMC Liverpool holds regular meditation classes, courses and retreats at the Centre. This page lists all our upcoming classes and events.

Meditation Classes

Meditation classes can be attended as a series or as stand-alone classes. Our meditation classes are for everyone who is interested in learning how to meditate, regardless of background or beliefs. They are designed to give a broad introduction to Buddhist meditation, teachings, and practice.

Day Courses & Retreats

Our regular day courses & retreats provide you with new tools for dealing with stress, anxiety, and problems. They will also help you to overcome negative states of mind such as anger and jealousy, and to cultivate positive minds such as patience and love.

Pujas (Chanted Prayers)

Pujas (chanted prayers) are an important component of training in a spiritual life. They help us to still our mind, connect with enlightened beings, and receive blessings. Below is a list of the pujas we practise together at the centre. Please check the online calendar for any schedule changes. All pujas are free of charge. Everyone is welcome.
