About the Event

Join British Buddhist monk & popular meditation teacher, Gen Kelsang Jigme, for a life-changing public talk on letting go of stress.

Stress, anxiety and depression are very common problems nowadays in our busy, fast-paced life. We tend to think that the situations and people in our life are the causes of our stress and unhappiness, so we spend a lot of time trying to fix those situations or people, which just makes us more stressed!

Buddha taught that all our unhappiness, stress and anxiety come from our mind. By learning to identify the actual causes of stress and unhappy thoughts, we can begin to understand how to free ourselves from them.

At this special event, we will explore positive ways of thinking, and meditations that heal the mind of the real source of all our problems.

We encourage you to book early for this event to avoid disappointment as our Public Talks usually sell out well in advance.
