Peace of Mind Through Meditation

On this 5 week series we will:
- look at what meditation is and its amazing benefits
- enjoy guided meditations
- see how we can use meditation practically in our lives every day
- find out how to change our attitude from positive to negative
- begin to experience more peace, and less worry!
It is not necessary to book or wear special clothing and we sit on chairs – just come as you are. Each week is a separate class – you can attend the series or just drop in when you’re free. Everybody is welcome!

The teacher of this class is Pauline Kinrade, a Kadampa Buddhist meditator who has been studying, practising and teaching meditation for many years. Drawing from Buddha’s teachings & her personal experience, Pauline will explain simple, practical methods to develop inner peace through meditation & mindfulness.
