The Power to Choose How You Feel – half day meditation course

We can often feel trapped by our unhappy feelings and emotions, struggling to see a way out. Usually we find it difficult to control our mind. It seems that our mind is like a balloon in the wind – blown here and there by external circumstances – and we easily become overwhelmed.

On this day course, discover our unique ability to choose which thoughts to follow, in turn changing our feelings, our actions and our entire reality. By training in meditation & mindfulness we will be able to eradicate from our mind the causes of our depression, anxiety, stress & worry and find genuine mental peace.

David Johnson

The teacher of this course is David Johnson, an experienced Buddhist meditator who teaches regular meditation classes in Liverpool. David has a warm, sincere and thoughtful way of giving teachings, showing how we can apply ancient Buddhist wisdom to our daily life in a simple way. Everyone is welcome.
