The Power to Choose How You Feel (3 weeks)
We can often feel trapped by our unhappy feelings and emotions, struggling to see a way out. Usually we find it difficult to control our mind. It seems that our mind is like a balloon in the wind – blown here and there by external circumstances – and we easily become overwhelmed.
On this course, discover our unique ability to choose which thoughts to follow, in turn changing our feelings, our actions and our entire reality. By training in meditation & mindfulness we will be able to eradicate from our mind the causes of our depression, anxiety, stress & worry and find genuine mental peace.

What People Say About Our Events
Kadampa meditation is an oasis of calm in a busy world. I have learned so much, how to meditate. Thoughts are just thoughts, not facts and what I can do to improve my connection to the world we live in.
Made such a huge difference to my happiness and wellbeing
