We can often feel trapped by our unhappy feelings and emotions, struggling to see a way out. Usually we find it difficult to control our mind. It seems that our mind is like a balloon in the wind, blown here and there by external circumstances, and we easily become overwhelmed.
Discover our unique ability to choose which thoughts to follow, in turn changing our feelings, our actions and our entire reality. By training in meditation & mindfulness we will be able to eradicate from our mind the causes of our depression, anxiety, stress & worry and find genuine mental peace.

The Teacher of our Fazakerley meditation class is Ken Evans. Ken has been practising and teaching meditation and Modern Buddhism for many years. He shows how everyone can use the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings in our modern world to find a happy and meaningful life.
Our classes consist of guided meditations and a talk covering a different aspect of meditation & positive thinking each week, offering practical advice from the Buddhist tradition for a happy and meaningful life. You’re welcome to drop-in to class or pre-book for a whole series; classes are suitable for everyone, seating is on chairs and no special clothing is needed – just come as you are.
