The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra

with Resident Teacher & Buddhist monk, Gen Kelsang Jigme

Book now

Discover the actual methods to become a Buddha, a fully-enlightened being, in just one life. Through receiving the appropriate empowerments and then sincerely practising these special meditations, we can make our life supremely meaningful.

In The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra, the great Buddhist master Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche guides us through the profound and world-transforming practice of Mahamudra – the very essence of Buddha’s teachings of Sutra and Tantra. In particular, this precious book reveals the uncommon practice of Tantric Mahamudra of the Ganden Oral Lineage, through which many thousands of meditators have attained full enlightenment in one lifetime. Now, through Geshe Kelsang’s great kindness, we can do exactly the same.

Cost: £22.50 – includes delicious vegetarian lunch. Free for Membership Card Holders (£2.50 for lunch). Please book below.

What People Say About Our Events

Kadampa meditation is an oasis of calm in a busy world. I have learned so much, how to meditate. Thoughts are just thoughts, not facts and what I can do to improve my connection to the world we live in.
