Stop Worrying, Start Living (6 week series)

A new start and a new you for the new year!

Our classes consist of guided meditations and a talk covering a different aspect of meditation & positive thinking each week, offering practical advice from the Buddhist tradition for a happy and meaningful life. You’re welcome to drop-in to the classes or pre-book for a whole series; classes are suitable for everyone, seating is on chairs and no special clothing is needed – just come as you are.

The teacher of our Maghull class is Catherine Traynor. Catherine has been studying and practising meditation & Modern Buddhism for several years and has completed several retreats. She provides very clear and practical teachings.
