Stop Worrying, Start Living (6-week series)

A new start and a new you for the new year!

Our classes consist of guided meditations and a talk covering a different aspect of meditation & positive thinking each week, offering practical advice from the Buddhist tradition for a happy and meaningful life. You’re welcome to drop-in to the classes or pre-book for a whole series; classes are suitable for everyone, seating is on chairs and no special clothing is needed – just come as you are.

Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Jigme

With Gen Kelsang Jigme, our Resident Teacher. Ordained as a monk in 1997 by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, Gen Jigme has studied, practised & taught Kadampa Buddhism under Geshe Kelsang’s guidance for over 20 years.

Buddhist Teacher, Catherine Traynor

With Buddhist teacher, Catherine Traynor. Catherine has been studying and practising meditation & Modern Buddhism for several years and has completed several retreats. She provides very clear and practical teachings.
