We enter the Buddhist path to improve ourselves through the practice of Refuge in which we commit ourselves to find the happiness and inner peace we long for through the practice of Buddha’s teachings. We become a Mahayana Buddhist by taking Bodhisattva Vows in which we commit not only to improve ourselves to become the best we can be but also to help others to do the same. On this course Gen Tilopa will grant both Refuge and Bodhisattva Vows, give commentary on the practices and lead meditations that strengthen resolve to engage in the practices. Everybody welcome.
