Join British Buddhist monk and internationally renowned teacher Gen-la Kelsang Thubten at St George’s Hall, Liverpool for a life-changing public talk.
Anxiety and stress are increasingly common problems for people in our busy, modern world. Meditation is an effective way to deal with negative states of mind and create a sense of peace and mental freedom. Through Buddhist meditation and mindfulness techniques we learn to control our mind, rather than allowing our mind to control us. Gen-la Kelsang Thubten
Gen-la Kelsang Thubten has been studying and meditating for over forty years. Having taught Modern Buddhism internationally for many years, Gen-la brings a wealth of practical and meditative experience to his teachings. He is renowned for his ability to present the many deep meanings contained within Buddha’s teachings in a simple way, showing how to integrate them easily into our busy daily life.
