Mindful Living – drop-in meditation classes

In this short series we will look at three simple practices which can be integrated into all of our daily activities, transforming our life into the path to lasting freedom and happiness.  By practising giving, moral discipline and patience, we can integrate Buddha’s teachings into every aspect of our modern lives and make our daily life happy and meaningful.  In this way we can transform our life into the path to enlightenment.

£5 per class

With Buddhist Teacher, Eddie Daley.

Classes consist of guided meditations and a talk covering a different aspect of meditation & positive thinking each week, offering practical advice from the Buddhist tradition for a happy and meaningful life. There’s no need to book or to attend the whole series; classes are suitable for everyone, seating is on chairs and no special clothing is needed – just come as you are.

No individual receives payment for running these classes – all profits are paid into the International Temples Project fund, a registered charity working for world peace.

April-July Series:

  • Mindful Living – 3 weeks – week beginning May 6

  • No class May 31

  • Building Self-Confidence – 4 weeks – week beginning June 3

  • Overcoming Stress – 4 weeks – week beginning Jul 1
