Morning Meditation Classes
Discover Peace of Mind Through Meditation
During these classes we will:
- look at what meditation is and its amazing benefits
- enjoy guided meditations
- see how we can use meditation practically in our lives every day
- find out how to change our attitude from negative to positive
- begin to experience more peace, and less worry!
It is not necessary to book or wear special clothing and we sit on chairs – just come as you are. Each week is a separate class – you can attend the series or just drop in when you’re free. Everybody is welcome!
Cost: £3 per class. No need to book – just drop-in!
