A peaceful and relaxing meditation retreat
Take a break from your usual, busy Sunday morning routine and join us for this practical and meaningful retreat. On this retreat, you will learn three simple breathing meditations to make your mind calm and peaceful. Breathing meditation helps us to reduce stress, anxiety & worry and gives rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing. This retreat will allow you to feel relaxed, positive, and inspired to make meditation a part of your daily life.

The teacher for the retreat is Ken Evans. Ken has been practising and teaching meditation and Modern Buddhism for many years. He shows how everyone can use the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings in our modern world to find a happy and meaningful life.
