A Peaceful & Relaxing Meditation Retreat
Take a break from your usual, busy Saturday morning routine and join us for this practical and meaningful retreat. On this retreat, you will learn three simple breathing meditations to make your mind calm and peaceful.
Breathing meditation helps us to reduce stress, anxiety & worry and gives rise to an experience of inner peace and well-being. This retreat will allow you to feel relaxed, positive, and inspired to make meditation a part of your daily life.

The teacher of this course is Pauline Kinrade, a well-respected teacher who has been studying & practising meditation & Modern Buddhism for over twenty years. She has recently completed a six-month residential teacher training programme at Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre. Pauline also teaches classes & courses in Southport.
