A Peaceful & Relaxing Meditation Retreat • Sunday 31st May
Take a break from your usual, Sunday morning routine and join us for this practical and meaningful retreat. A kind heart is a special mental attitude that cherishes other people at least as much as we cherish ourselves. On this retreat, which will consist of three sessions, learn three simple meditations to grow your kind heart that can be practised by anyone.
These meditations help to develop greater peace of mind and happiness, and to improve our relationships with others through learning to cherish others.

The teacher of this course is Eddie Daley. Eddie is our Education Programme Coordinator and has been studying, practicing and teaching for many years. He also teaches weekly classes in St Helens.
