Meditations for a Kind Heart

A Peaceful & Relaxing Meditation Retreat


Take a break from your usual, busy Sunday morning routine and join us for this practical and meaningful retreat. A kind heart is a special mental attitude that cherishes other people at least as much as we cherish ourselves. On this retreat, learn three simple meditations to grow your kind heart that can be practised by anyone.

These meditations help to develop greater peace of mind and happiness, and to improve our relationships with others through learning to cherish others.

First Session 10am – 11am
Second Session 11.45 – 12.45pm
Third Session 1.30pm – 2.30pm

The teacher of this course is Vincent Conil. Vincent has been studying and practising meditation & Modern Buddhism for several years. He brings a wealth of personal experience to his teachings. He teaches weekly meditation classes in Widnes.
