Meditations for a Clear Mind

A Peaceful & Relaxing Meditation Retreat


Take a break from your usual, busy Sunday morning routine and join us for this practical and meaningful retreat. Our mind’s true nature is like a clear sky, but so often it’s clouded by our busy, uncontrolled (and sometimes negative) thoughts.

On this retreat, learn how you can experience inner peace and the joy of mental clarity through three simple meditations on the mind itself.

First Session 10am – 11am
Second Session 11.45 – 12.45pm
Third Session 1.30pm – 2.30pm

The teacher of this course is Catherine Traynor. Catherine has been studying and practising meditation & Modern Buddhism for several years and provides very clear and practical teachings. Catherine has engaged in several retreats and currently teaches our Maghull class.
