Meditating on Emptiness
June 24 @ 10:00 am - 4:30 pm
| £30.00All of our problems and difficulties arise from mistakenly thinking that ourself, everyone else, and everything exist in exactly the way in which we perceive it. We rarely if ever believe that how we experience situations is related to how we think about them. Wisdom that realises emptiness cuts through this falsity and enables us to use our mind to change how we experience things so that we can abide in a state of inner peace all the time. In this way we become a beacon of light and a perfect example for others. In this day course you will receive explanations and meditations that reveal emptiness as the only true nature of things and overcome our mistaken view. If we develop this understanding over a long period of time, we will solve all our own and others problems. Everybody welcome.
