** ANNOUNCEMENT **

Unfortunately and unexpectedly, the venue for our Lunchtime Meditations, FOLK on Tempest Street, shut down this week. This was a bit of a shock to us, coming completely out of the blue. We hope that everything is ok for all the FOLK folk.

We are now actively looking for an alternative venue to continue the Lunchtime Meditation sessions and we will post here as soon as we have more info. (please let us know if you can think of anywhere that might be suitable!)

We’re very sorry about this, hopefully short, interruption to the Lunchtime Meditations. In the meantime, Morning Meditations continue at our Centre on Sefton Park and our evening classes around the city, including in the city centre (at the Quaker Meeting House, School Lane, at 7-8.30pm on Tuesday nights), are all continuing as normal.

Sorry again for any inconvenience and we’ll let you know as soon as we can when & where the Lunchtime Meditations will resume.

It is not necessary to book or wear special clothing – just come as you are. You can attend every session or just drop in when you’re free. Everybody is welcome!

Days & Time:
Wednesdays – 12:10pm – 12:30pm & 12:40pm – 1:00pm
Fridays – 12:10pm – 12:30pm & 12:40pm – 1:00pm
