Letting Go of Anxiety (Widnes)

Letting Go of Anxiety (5 weeks)
A 5-week series following on from our sold out Public Talks
Anxiety is an increasingly common problem in our busy, modern lives. Meditation is an effective way to deal with anxious & negative feelings. By learning to control our own mind, instead of allowing our mind to control us, we can create a sense of inner peace & mental freedom. At this special event, find out how to let go of anxiety & find lasting peace within your own mind.
Exploring the topics discussed at our sold out talks in more depth, join Buddhist Meditation Teacher, Vincent Conil for this practical 5-week series on letting go of anxiety.

What People Say About Our Events
Kadampa meditation is an oasis of calm in a busy world. I have learned so much, how to meditate. Thoughts are just thoughts, not facts and what I can do to improve my connection to the world we live in.
Made such a huge difference to my happiness and wellbeing
