Anxiety is an increasingly common problem in our busy, modern lives. Meditation is an effective way to deal with anxious & negative feelings; by learning to control our own mind, instead of allowing our mind to control us, we can create a sense of inner peace & mental freedom.
During this course, discover how to let go of anxiety & find lasting peace within your own mind.

The teacher of this class is Fi Gordon. Fi has been studying and practicing Buddha’s teachings for 12 years and has engaged in various meditation retreats. After many years working in the hectic world of London fashion, she retrained as a hypnotherapist and is now a Mum too. She is known for her warmth and humour and brings a very practical approach to the teachings. She also teaches the Parents and Tots class at KMC Liverpool.
Our classes consist of guided meditations and a talk covering a different aspect of meditation & positive thinking each week, offering practical advice from the Buddhist tradition for a happy and meaningful life. You’re welcome to drop-in to class or pre-book for a whole series; classes are suitable for everyone, seating is on chairs and no special clothing is needed – just come as you are.
