Learning To Forgive – half day course
In our life, we can sometimes feel that we’ve been let down or harmed. On this course we will explore practical methods to let go of the anger and resentment we feel at these times towards other people – as well as the art of forgiving ourselves! This practical, inspiring advice will help us to enjoy more confidence, mental freedom, and happiness. We will learn to respond to others with patience, respect and care. In this way, all our relationships will become harmonious, satisfying, and stable.
