Learn to Meditate in Half a Day

Everyone can learn how to meditate. With meditation, we can control our feelings, let go of stress and really start to relax. It can help us to calm our mind and develop a positive approach, helping us to cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life.

This course is suitable for both beginners and those wishing to improve their meditation practice.

The talks and guided meditations will provide you with the foundation for developing a powerful meditation practice. A regular meditation practice has many benefits:

  • Overcomes anxiety and worry
  • Brings inner calm and a feeling of well-being
  • Gives clarity to solve our problems
  • Helps us deal with challenging people and situations

The Teacher

The Teacher of this course is Vincent Conil. Vincent has been studying, practising and teaching meditation & Modern Buddhism for several years, bringing a wealth of personal experience to his teachings. Vincent is our Café Manager and also teaches our Southport classes.
