the basics of meditation. On this course you will:
• Learn how to begin a meditation practice

• Learn how to deal effectively with distracting thoughts

Each session will consist of guided meditations and a talk.

The teacher of this course is Pauline Kinrade. Pauline is a well-respected teacher who has been studying & practising meditation & Modern Buddhism for over twenty years. She teaches a weekly meditation class in Southport on Monday nights at the Friends Meeting House, Court Road.
