Everyone can learn how to meditate. With meditation, we can control our feelings, let go of stress and really start to relax. On this half day course, discover how meditation can help you to calm your mind and develop a happy, positive approach to life, to deal with the busyness and difficulties of daily life.

The Teacher

Gen Kelsang Jigme, our Resident Teacher. Ordained as a monk in 1997 by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, Gen Jigme has studied, practised & taught Kadampa Buddhism under Geshe Kelsang’s guidance for over 20 years.
