Learn to Meditate in Half a Day


Meditation is a way of calming the mind and developing a positive approach to life. It is easy to do, and something everyone can learn.

Through meditation and mindfulness, we can control our feelings and emotions, gain inner strength, let go of stress and start to truly relax. When our mind becomes still and the turbulence of distracting thoughts subside, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within, helping us to cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life.

This course will help bring meditation into your daily life, overcoming negative states of mind and developing genuine inner peace and happiness.

The teacher of this course is Fiona Gordon. Fi has been studying and practicing Buddha’s teachings for over 12 years. She is known for her warmth and humour and brings a very practical approach to her teachings.
