Through meditation and mindfulness, we can control our feelings and emotions, gain inner strength, let go of stress and start to truly relax. When our mind becomes still and the turbulence of distracting thoughts subside, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within, helping us to cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life.

This course will help bring meditation into your daily life, overcoming negative states of mind and developing genuine inner peace and happiness. A perfect solution for these challenging times!

The teacher of this course is Vincent Conil. He has been practising meditation for many years under the guidance of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and his teachings are very accessible and practical.
