How to Stay Calm in a Crazy World

A half day meditation course

In our busy modern lives, we all need to find some stillness within. With meditation and mindfulness, we can cultivate an experience of inner peace and find a lasting source of happiness independent of our changing external conditions. But how can we keep this inner peace when we’re not meditating, while being bombarded by all the constant noise and hassle of our crazy modern world?

On this half-day course discover the simple Buddhist practice of “guarding the doors of our senses”, through which we can keep inner peace in our heart all day and all night, wherever we are and whatever we’re doing!

Everyone is welcome.
