Improving Relationships – Half-Day Course in Southport
with Buddhist Teacher, Pauline Kinrade
“If we are skilful, friends can become like treasure chests, from whom we can obtain the precious wealth of love, compassion and patience”
– Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche
About The Event
It’s often our relationships that affect our state of mind. When they’re going well we’re happy and when they’re not, they can cause us much heartache and confusion. All we want is for a life in harmony with others.
On this course, using Buddha’s timeless advice, we will look at why things can go wrong and learn practical methods with which to interact with our partner, family, friends, and colleagues – in fact, all those who share our lives. We will learn how to respond to others with patience, respect and care and in turn to experience the satisfaction and stability these qualities will bring to our lives.
This advice will help give us the mental freedom to finally enjoy our relationships with more confidence, leading to happiness for ourselves and others.

What People Say About Our Events
Kadampa meditation is an oasis of calm in a busy world. I have learned so much, how to meditate. Thoughts are just thoughts, not facts and what I can do to improve my connection to the world we live in.
