The half-day course will be followed by a guided meditation retreat on Buddhist Refuge practice. This is a special opportunity to gain deep familiarity with basic Buddhist view and intention. It is not necessary to have attended the half-day course in order to attend retreat sessions, but some familiarity with these teachings will be helpful.
