Dealing with Pain – half day meditation course
For many of us, pain is an unpleasant fact of everyday life. Meditation can help us to cope with pain and overcome the feelings of unhappiness and depression that pain can cause. By learning how to calm our mind and relax our body through meditation, and how to develop a more positive outlook, we can actually reduce our pain, free ourself from suffering and learn how to enjoy our life again.
On this half day course we will learn tried and tested techniques for dealing with pain and transforming all our experiences into opportunities for personal growth and development.
