Dealing with Difficult People

At times, we all have difficult people to deal with! Other people’s behaviour can seem irrational, unreasonable and very difficult to accept. The dynamics in our relationships become ingrained over time and it can seem almost impossible to shift or improve them, so that we end up feeling trapped in our negative responses and unhealthy situations.

Through meditation we can learn to perceive ourself and others completely differently and in this way we can solve our difficult relationships, become more tolerant and accepting, and easily develop real love and respect for others.

Everybody welcome

Date/Time: Saturday 7th December – 10:00am-1.30pm

What People Say About Our Events

Kadampa meditation is an oasis of calm in a busy world. I have learned so much, how to meditate. Thoughts are just thoughts, not facts and what I can do to improve my connection to the world we live in.
Made such a huge difference to my happiness and wellbeing
