The teacher of our Woolton class is Ken Evans. Ken has been practising and teaching meditation and Modern Buddhism for many years. He shows how everyone can use the ancient wisdom of Buddha’s teachings in our modern world to find a happy and meaningful life.

Our classes consist of guided meditations and a talk covering a different aspect of meditation & positive thinking each week, offering practical advice from the Buddhist tradition for a happy and meaningful life. You’re welcome to drop-in to class or pre-book for a whole series; classes are suitable for everyone, seating is on chairs and no special clothing is needed – just come as you are.
