Just by changing our way of seeing and thinking about other people and situations we can turn everyday difficulties and problems on their heads, staying happy, positive and peaceful – even under pressure!

The teacher of our St Helens classes is Eddie Daley. Eddie is our Education Programme Coordinator and has been studying, practising and teaching for many years. His wealth of experience and joyful, warm personality make him an engaging and popular meditation teacher.

Our classes consist of guided meditations and a talk covering a different aspect of meditation & positive thinking each week, offering practical advice from the Buddhist tradition for a happy and meaningful life. You’re welcome to drop-in to class or pre-book for a whole series; classes are suitable for everyone, seating is on chairs and no special clothing is needed – just come as you are.
