The teacher of our Huyton class is Gordon O’Brien. Gordon has been studying, practising and teaching meditation for many years. His warm, humorous approach comes from his many years of practical experience.

Our classes consist of guided meditations and a talk covering a different aspect of meditation & positive thinking each week, offering practical advice from the Buddhist tradition for a happy and meaningful life. You’re welcome to drop-in to class or pre-book for a whole series; classes are suitable for everyone, seating is on chairs and no special clothing is needed – just come as you are.
