During this four week series we will identify the actual causes of stress, explore new ways of thinking and learn to create a sense of inner peace, freeing yourself from stress and anxiety.

Classes consist of guided meditations and a talk covering a different aspect of meditation & positive thinking each week, offering practical advice from the Buddhist tradition for a happy and meaningful life. There’s no need to book or to attend the whole series; classes are suitable for everyone, seating is on chairs and no special clothing is needed – just come as you are.
