This is a 6-week series split into two parts:
Part One runs from w/c 2nd Sept to w/c 16th Sept.
Part Two runs from w/c 7th Oct to 21st Oct.
You can pre-book the whole 6 weeks for £30 or drop-in to a class for £6. There is no need to attend all 6 weeks.
What to Expect at One of Our Classes
The drop in meditation classes at the centre and around Merseyside are open to everyone and include step-by-step guided meditations, talks and informal discussions. These group classes will allow you to relax, enjoy some meditation, and return home feeling refreshed and inspired.
The classes will allow you to unwind your mind and return home relaxed and refreshed. They will provide you with new tools for dealing with stress, anxiety, and problems. They will also help you to overcome negative states of mind such as anger and jealousy, and to cultivate positive minds such as patience and love.
The talks and guided meditations will provide you with the foundation for developing a powerful meditation practice.
