Anxiety is an increasingly common problem in our busy, modern lives. Meditation is an effective way to deal with anxious & negative feelings; by learning to control our own mind, instead of allowing our mind to control us, we can create a sense of inner peace & mental freedom.
During this course you will find out how to let go of anxiety & find lasting peace within your own mind.
This is a 5-week series from w/c 22nd April to w/c 20th May. You can pre-book the whole 5 weeks for £25 or drop-in to a class for £6.
What to Expect at One of Our Classes
The drop in meditation classes at the centre and around Merseyside are open to everyone and include step-by-step guided meditations, talks and informal discussions. These group classes will allow you to relax, enjoy some meditation, and return home feeling refreshed and inspired.
The classes will allow you to unwind your mind and return home relaxed and refreshed. They will provide you with new tools for dealing with stress, anxiety, and problems. They will also help you to overcome negative states of mind such as anger and jealousy, and to cultivate positive minds such as patience and love.
The talks and guided meditations will provide you with the foundation for developing a powerful meditation practice.
