A kind heart is a special mental attitude that cherishes other people at least as much as we cherish ourselves. During this 4-week series we will explore how we can develop more altruistic ways of thinking, and learn three simple meditations to grow our kind heart that can be practised by anyone.
These meditations help to develop greater peace of mind and happiness, and to improve our relationships with others through learning to cherish others.
This is a 4-week series from w/c 3rd June to w/c 24th June. You can pre-book the whole 4 weeks for £20 or drop-in to a class for £6.

What to Expect at One of Our Classes
The drop in meditation classes at the centre and around Merseyside are open to everyone and include step-by-step guided meditations, talks and informal discussions. These group classes will allow you to relax, enjoy some meditation, and return home feeling refreshed and inspired.
The classes will allow you to unwind your mind and return home relaxed and refreshed. They will provide you with new tools for dealing with stress, anxiety, and problems. They will also help you to overcome negative states of mind such as anger and jealousy, and to cultivate positive minds such as patience and love.
The talks and guided meditations will provide you with the foundation for developing a powerful meditation practice.
