Our mind’s true nature is like a clear sky, but so often it’s clouded by our busy, uncontrolled (and sometimes negative) thoughts. On this 4 week meditation course, learn how you can experience inner peace and the joy of mental clarity through three simple meditations on the mind itself.
This is a 4-week series from w/c 1st July to w/c 22nd July. You can pre-book the whole 4 weeks for £20 or drop-in to a class for £6.
What to Expect at One of Our Classes
The drop in meditation classes at the centre and around Merseyside are open to everyone and include step-by-step guided meditations, talks and informal discussions. These group classes will allow you to relax, enjoy some meditation, and return home feeling refreshed and inspired.
The classes will allow you to unwind your mind and return home relaxed and refreshed. They will provide you with new tools for dealing with stress, anxiety, and problems. They will also help you to overcome negative states of mind such as anger and jealousy, and to cultivate positive minds such as patience and love.
The talks and guided meditations will provide you with the foundation for developing a powerful meditation practice.
