Retreats

Meditation retreat includes practical and useful techniques for keeping a peaceful mind throughout the day and guarding our mind from negativity. These meditations help us relax, improve our concentration, increase our capacity to cope with busy life and be of more benefit to others. Other benefits include better sleep, improved physical and emotional health, reduced stress and anxiety and generally making us happier!

Please note there are no classes on in August.

Our weekly classes start again from September 2nd. We do have a ‘Learn to Meditate in Half a Day‘ course on August 18th.
