Happy Whatever Happens

Discover how to keep a peaceful and happy mind, no matter how difficult our situation may become. Through applying simple meditation & mindfulness techniques, we can train our mind to stop responding negatively to difficult circumstances, but instead to stay relaxed and learn to deal with difficulties practically, with a peaceful, positive mind.  Everyone is welcome.

We can achieve the same result in a much simpler way – by covering our feet. Similarly, if we wish to protect ourself from suffering we can either try to change external conditions to make them conform to our wishes, or we can change our mind. The classes are self- contained so you can drop in any week. Each class consists of two guided meditations and a Buddhist mindfulness teaching to help us solve our daily problems and find peace and happiness. Beginners welcome. No need to book or bring anything.



Learn to Meditate – drop-in meditation classes

Meditation is a way of calming the mind and developing a positive approach to life. It is easy to do, and something everyone can learn. Through meditation and mindfulness, we can control our feelings and emotions, gain inner strength, let go of stress and start to truly relax. Discover how our mind becomes still when the turbulence of distracting thoughts subside, causing a deep happiness and contentment to naturally arise from within, helping us to cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life.

This five week series will help bring meditation into your daily life, overcoming negative states of mind and developing genuine inner peace and happiness.
