Meditation for a Clear Mind – Day Course
Our mind’s true nature is like a clear sky, but so often it’s clouded by our busy, uncontrolled (and sometimes negative) thoughts. Learn how you can experience the inner peace and joy of a clear mind through simple meditations from the Buddhist tradition on this one day meditation & mindfulness course. Everyone is welcome!
The teacher of this course is Gen Kelsang Jigme, our Resident Teacher. Ordained in 1997 by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Gen Jigme has studied, practised and taught Kadampa Buddhism under Geshe Kelsang’s guidance for many years.
