Meditation is a way of calming the mind and developing a positive approach to life. It is easy to do, and something everyone can learn. Through meditation and mindfulness, we can control our feelings and emotions, gain inner strength, let go of stress and start to truly relax.

On this half day course discover how our mind becomes still when the turbulence of distracting thoughts subside, causing a deep happiness and contentment to naturally arise from within, helping us to cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life.

The teacher of this course is Catherine Traynor. Catherine has been studying and practising meditation & Modern Buddhism for several years and teaches weekly meditation classes across the region.
