The drop in meditation classes at the centre and its branches are open to everyone and include step-by-step guided meditations, talks and informal discussions. These group classes will allow you to relax, enjoy some meditation, and return home feeling refreshed and inspired. To find out more about the classes please read 'What to expect at a class.'
